Talboom Landscaping and Lawncare

As landscaping and lawn care professionals, our greatest enjoyment comes from seeing the results of our work - week by week, month by month, season by season.

About Us

The History of Talboom Lawncare

“Family values” gets used a lot, but at Talboom’s it truly defines us. Founded in 1972, we’re still family‑owned and family‑managed — and proud of it.

family‑oriented workplace

Built on loyalty, grounded in care

We take pride in creating a family‑oriented workplace — and our retention proves it. Every supervisor has been with us for at least 10 years, and many of our crew members have five years or more with the company. It’s the kind of stability you only get when people truly feel at home.

a tradition of excellence

Honoring the past while building the future

After 38 years at the helm, founder Dave prepared to retire. In 2016, longtime team members Pam and Kevin—who had spent 21 and 25 years with the company—took ownership.

They chose to keep the Talboom name both to honor Dave and because they genuinely believe in the business he built. Today, the company remains essentially “family” owned and operated, carrying forward the same values that shaped it from the start.

The Talboom's Mission

Our mission is to deliver excellence with uncompromising attention to detail — service that truly stands apart. We work to earn lasting trust with our clients, stay ahead of industry innovations, and continue growing to meet new challenges.

As one of the largest and most respected lawncare companies in the Michiana area, we’re proud of the positive impact we make on the landscape industry every day.

Quality isn’t a feature — it’s our foundation

At Talboom’s, doing the job right isn’t just a promise — it’s who we are. Every project reflects our values, and we take that seriously. Our commitment to you is simple: we do the job right, every time, and work tirelessly to meet — and exceed — your expectations.
